Charles Willard Dowdy Business Scholarship HARRISON RADIO STATIONS, INC.KCWD/KNWA sponsors the Charles Willard Dowdy Business Scholarship. Mr. Dowdy was a long-time business owner and community leader in Gulfport, Mississippi, the patriarch of Harrison Radio Stations, among several other radio stations in Arkansas and other states. This scholarship is available to 2nd year students attending North Arkansas College in Harrison. The recipient of this annual $1000 scholarship sponsored and supported by Harrison Radio Stations, Inc.
